I am not going to write a book, and will get to the point.

We arrived at the port at 11:15a.m. on the 17th. we were on the ship and eating lunch by 12:15.

The ship's decor is very gaudy, but after a couple of day's you get used to it and it doesn't seem so bad.

First and foremost I would like to say that the ship was all but spotless, the cleanest ship I have ever been on.

The food quality was excellent, I would say much better than some of the so called premium lines we have sailed with the last few years.

The service in the dinning room was great, our waiter was Frank and his assistant was Lieta. They also served as wine steward's, just excellent service.

Our cabin steward was Eduardo and he was one of the best we have ever had, he bent over backwards to make us comfortable.

The service on the Lido deck was great also. This is the first ship I have been on where the wait staff comes to your table with tea, water, coffee or what ever you want really.
I would say the entertainment was average cruise ship entertainment, maybe a little above.
The port's were new to us except for St. Marteen which we have been to before and enjoy. Martinique was quite nice and rich in history which we liked. Barbados is not worth getting of the ship for in my opinion, very dirty and not well kept at all.
We really enjoyed this cruise and will sail with Carnival again.

I did have one complaint and that was that the ship is very smoky. The cigar bar is in a public area near the restaurant on deck 3 and the smoke wafts through all of the atrium area and some of the shopping areas. I think that the cigar bar should have been in a sealed room like some other cruise lines do it, that way no one is offended by the smoke. Also the other lounges except for Follies lounge were very Smoky. But this is the only complaint that I have and I learned my way around the cigar bar and stayed out of the other lounges so I did not have to deal with to much smoke.
