We had waited 6 months for this cruise and was so excited the morning we flew to Tampa my husband, my sister & brother-in-law and myself. Embarking was very easy and well organized. Our room was very nice and had plenty of room with the balcony. My sister & brother-in-law had the room right beside us so we had them open up the balcony so we could have adjoining space. It was great sitting on the balcony and reading in the early morning with coffee. The Ship was great; we enjoyed the evening shows and the comedians.

We had late dinning room setting but had the most unfriendly waiter ever. He was so rude to the assistant waiter, we complemented her every chance we got. We even tipped her on our last night, but not him. The dinning room looked like a cheap attempt to decorate. What was watermelon colored lights was suppose to be grapes. It was so loud at times you couldn’t carry on a conversation.

We walked around the Grand Cayman downtown for a couple of hours and headed back to the ship.

Our next stop was Cozumel, we spent the day on a beach with a food bar and open bar. We booked threw the ship. We could have gotten it half price if we had just waited until we got on the island. But we still enjoyed the day. It was heart breaking to see the damage done from the hurricane.

Belize was a nice port, but we didn’t venture out of the area. Due to weather, ruff waves, we didn’t get to stop at Costa Maya. I do have to say our next Cruise will be back on the Royal C. The food was nothing to write home about. The best thing we had onboard was the grilled hot dogs. Saturday night we gave the plates back to the waiter the food was so bad. We still didn’t let this ruin our vacation.
