I just returned home from my trip to the Mexican Riviera on the Carnival Pride.
Most people only write to the company when they have a complaint, but I am just
the opposite. This is my 3rd trip to Mexico with Carnival. Twice on the Pride
and once on the Elation when it was out of Los Angeles.
My experience was amazing. Your staff went above and beyond to make sure the
guests are taken care of. The certainly exceeded my expectations once again.
Cruise Director Chris was so much fun. He was very entertaining and
professional. The dining staff at our table (#249) Joseph and Ramona took care
of us as a waiter would at a 5 star restaurant. In one night, they knew what we
liked and had it waiting for us every night thereafter. (love when the waiters
dance and sing too)
We had a suite this time, and it was very clean and comfortable. The longer
balcony was fantastic, and I will be sure to reserve one on my next Carnival
Cruise.
I was blown away by the entertainment. Great comedy and the Pride dancers were
awesome! (Especially David) They were all very friendly to us and my daughter
who is 20, had many questions for them. She too wants to perform on a cruise
ship when she graduates from the American Music and Dramatic Academy in
December. The dancers were very supportive when she performed in the guest
talent show, Pride Idol.
Our recent vacation was one of the best ever thanks to the Carnival staff and
crew. I've done 3 so far, and I'm already looking for my next cruise with
Carnival.
I hope this e mail makes it to the appropriate person who will be sure to let
your staff crew know how much we enjoyed our week on the Pride. (aug 21 - 28th)
