The ship may have been small, but that was better because it has a more luxurious and traditional feeling than some of the other big ships made by RCI. Also, while we were obviously about half the size of the Freedom when we pulled next to her in Miami, we had the last laugh in Cozumel when we could actually pull into port.

In response to Dave, and others, you are totally right, Jennifer is an amazing waiter, and it was a pleasure to have her serve us. Anyone who would not tip that woman is insane. Our assistant waiter, Vuszumzi or "Mini Me" was also a hilarious character who regaled us with poems. I also enjoyed Jose, our stateroom attendant.

Also, all the complaints people had about the age of this ship were either resolved or unfounded, because the ship had no mechanical problems, and no delays whatsoever. The only thing making me leery was the extremely large dent in her hull, but apparently it was not any problem.

The new captain, Captain Rob did a fairly nice job on his first cruise, but has this odd dry humor about him. He always started announcements by saying "This is your captain speaking from the navigational bridge." I guess he thought we might have thought he was hiding in his room.

Overall, the cruise was wonderful, and aside from some boneheaded administrative mistakes, I am looking forward to another cruise on Royal Caribbean. Next time though, we wont be getting an interior stateroom.
