Age: 26 We had our ceremony and reception on board in New York City. While in port and it was very nice however despite the fact that we did not fly, our luggage was misplaced. We left port at 3:oo p.m. on Sunday and we got our luggage on Wednesday at 5:00 p.m. we were only given a pair of boxer shorts and a t-shirt by the staff on the ship. The only clothes we had with us were our wedding clothes. We were forced to eat from the room service menu until Tuesday which was very limited and you were unable to make any changes. It has been 5 months since we have returned and we are still waiting for some compensation for ruining most of our honeymoon and missing many activities and opportunities for the first 4 days of our 7 day trip. I would not recommend this cruise ship to anyone apparently they do not care much about customer satisfaction Ask a Question About Royal Caribbean Cruises
